You can arrange all the contents of your site (texts, images, audio/ video recordings...) as you wish, e.g., according to:
- The type: As a default, Drupal distinguishes, e.g., between articles, blog contributions, images, and so on. However, you can create further types of your own, which will have the structure and appearance that you need (advertisement, catalogue item...).
- The categories you can create: For individual content types you can choose categories into which you can sort the contents. The categories could be, for example, the subjects of articles, features of products, and such. This makes possible an impressive presentation, as well as easy search and navigation on your site. It could be, e. g., an overview of sections of a magazine, a selection of articles according to subject, or a product catalog with several levels and various sorting criteria.
- Authors of individual contributions, creation date, date of update...
...and many other criteria.
If the structure of the web (or of the content, respectively) is reasonably created, it can be easily added to and changed whenever you want in the future.
